At Expedy, we are committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping service to meet your business needs. Here are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of an exceptional volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. If this is the case, we will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your expectations:

  • Standard Shipping : Delivery in 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping : Delivery in 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on your location and transport conditions. Expedy (Ad Tela SAS) cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as logistics disruptions or customs.

3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated when you finalize your order and depend on the shipping option selected as well as the weight and volume of the products ordered.
For bulky orders or orders requiring special packaging, additional charges may apply. You will be informed of these charges before confirming your order.

4. Delivery in France and internationally
We mainly ship to mainland France. For deliveries to other countries in the European Union or internationally, please consult our shipping calculator when ordering or contact us via our   contact page for more information.

5. Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow the progress of your delivery in real time via the link provided.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address : Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete. Expedy (Ad Tela SAS) cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to a buyer's input error.
  • Package Not Received : If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact us. We will do our best to locate your package and assist you.
  • Damaged Package : If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and products, and then contact us immediately for assistance.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or taxes may apply. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary according to the regulations in force in the destination country. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order.

8. Shipping Returns
