How it works
You create a HubSpot workflow with a webhook action using POST to the Expedy API, with the deal or contact properties in the JSON body.
Plug in the printer, scan the QR code displayed on its screen, and it is linked to your Expedy account. No driver and no workstation to leave switched on. See the installation details — API reference.
The printer

Frequently asked questions
Do I need HubSpot Operations Hub?
The webhook action requires a Professional plan or higher. Otherwise, use Make or Zapier with a HubSpot trigger.
Can I print when a stage changes?
Yes, any property change can trigger printing.
Does the printer need to stay on my network?
No. It connects to the Expedy cloud over 4G or Ethernet and continues to work even if your internet box goes down.
