Your Deliveroo orders printed automatically in the kitchen
Deliveroo requires you to use its tablet, but nothing forces you to read the orders there. Each order is sent to this printer and comes out in the kitchen within a second, with the dish details and the customer's comments. The preparer has the ticket in hand while the tablet stays at the counter. The printer operates independently over 4G: it continues to work even if your internet box goes down during the rush.
Installation, explained simply
You plug the printer into a power outlet. You scan the QR code displayed on the printer's screen. You add your HubRise restaurant with one click from your Expedy account, and the next order prints automatically.
Five minutes, no technical skills required and completely autonomous: we have no access to your accounts or your till. See the installation details.

Frequently asked questions
Why use HubRise?
Deliveroo does not send its orders to an external device. HubRise provides the connection and also lets you bring multiple platforms together on the same printer.
Can I print Uber Eats and Just Eat orders on the same printer?
Yes, at no extra cost. One printer for all your platforms.
Do I need to keep the Deliveroo tablet?
Yes, to accept orders and manage their statuses. The printer handles printing them in the kitchen.
How do I reload the paper?
Use a standard 80 mm thermal roll: open the cover, place the roll inside, and close it.
