Print from Google Sheets, without a local computer
Your spreadsheet already runs your business. This thermal printer adds a paper output: a new row, a checked box, and the receipt prints without anyone having to monitor the tab.
How it works
You use Apps Script with UrlFetchApp.fetch in a POST request to the Expedy API, triggered by a change or on a schedule. No code required: use Make, n8n, or Zapier when a new row is added.
Plug in the printer, scan the QR code displayed on its screen, and it is linked to your Expedy account. No driver and no computer to leave on. See the installation details — API reference.

Frequently asked questions
Can I print a daily summary?
Yes. A scheduled Apps Script trigger sends the summary to the printer at the time of your choice.
Is Apps Script included with Google Workspace?
Yes, it is available at no extra cost with a standard Google account or a Workspace account.
Does the printer need to remain on my network?
No. It connects to the Expedy cloud over 4G or Ethernet and continues working even if your internet router goes down.
