Caractéristiques techniques

Impression thermique 80 mm haute vitesse (pas d’encre, pas de cartouche), coupe automatique, buzzer sonore et alerte lumineuse à chaque commande. Pilotage du tiroir-caisse (RJ11). Le détail complet du modèle figure dans la description ci-dessus.

Connectivité et compatibilité

Connexion WiFi, Ethernet ou 4G. La carte SIM multi-opérateurs est fournie gracieusement en option de secours selon le modèle : elle n'est pas incluse contractuellement dans la vente.

Your Barmade orders, printed automatically at the preparation station

Barmade manages your online orders, QR code table ordering, and payments, while this printer handles the physical output. As soon as an order arrives in your Barmade interface, the ticket prints at the preparation station, with an audible and visual alert. No one needs to monitor a screen during a busy service. The printer operates independently over 4G, with no reliance on the local network.

Comment l'imprimante reçoit-elle les commandes ?

Elle est connectée en permanence au cloud Expedy. Dès qu’une commande arrive sur votre plateforme (Uber Eats, Shopify, votre API…), le ticket sort automatiquement — sans tablette, sans ordinateur, sans clic.

Quelle formule Cloud API choisir ?

Pour tester, la formule gratuite couvre 50 impressions par mois. En activité régulière, la formule annuelle est la plus économique. Toutes les formules sont sans engagement et modifiables à tout moment.

Puis-je connecter plusieurs plateformes sur une seule imprimante ?

Oui. Via HubRise ou nos connecteurs, une seule imprimante reçoit Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat et votre commande en ligne. C’est le principe de notre modèle multi-plateformes.

Que se passe-t-il si ma connexion internet coupe ?

Les modèles 4G basculent automatiquement sur le réseau mobile (SIM incluse). Dès le retour de la connexion, les impressions en attente sont délivrées.

L'installation est-elle compliquée ?

Non. Vous branchez l'imprimante, vous scannez le QR code que l'imprimante affiche sur son écran, puis vous reliez votre restaurant ou votre boutique en un clic depuis votre espace Expedy.
