Frequently asked questions
What is the difference compared with the platform-specific models in the catalog?
None for the hardware. The Shopify, HubRise, and Zapier pages describe the same printer, presented with the connection procedure specific to each platform.
Does the SIM card require a subscription?
No. It is provided free of charge and pre-activated in France, Europe, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Israel. It is an optional security feature and is not part of the guaranteed order specifications: the printer also works via Ethernet.
Can I use it over Wi-Fi?
This model connects via 4G and Ethernet. For Wi-Fi use, see the cloud USB adapter.
Does the API confirm printing?
A 200 code with a request_uid confirms receipt by the API, not the physical printing. Plan for deduplication on the application side.
How do I test the installation?
See send a test print request.
