Print from Make, without a local computer
Make connects your applications with drag and drop, but none of its modules can print. This thermal printer adds paper output to your scenarios: an order, a payment, a database entry, and the receipt prints automatically, wherever the printer is.
How it works
Add an HTTP > Make a request module at the end of your scenario, using the POST method to the Expedy API and your key in the header. Map your fields in the JSON body, run it, and the receipt prints.
Plug in the printer, scan the QR code displayed on its screen, and it is linked to your Expedy account. No driver and no computer to leave switched on. See the installation details — API reference.
The printer

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an official Make module?
No. The standard HTTP module is sufficient; the API uses a simple POST request in JSON.
Can I route jobs to multiple printers?
Yes, by specifying the printer ID in the request. One Cloud API subscription per printer.
Does the printer need to stay on my network?
No. It connects to the Expedy cloud via 4G or Ethernet and continues to work even if your internet router goes down.
