Your data lives in Airtable, and your teams need paper. This thermal printer can be triggered by an Airtable automation: when a new row is added or a status changes, the label or receipt is printed.
How it works
Create an automation with the Run script action or an outgoing webhook, sending a POST request to the Expedy API with the record fields in the JSON body.
Plug in the printer, scan the QR code displayed on its screen, and it will be linked to your Expedy account. No driver or computer needs to be left on. View the installation details — API reference.

Frequently asked questions
Can I print a barcode label?
Yes. The API generates EAN13 barcodes, QR codes, and formatted text directly on the receipt.
Is an Airtable automation enough?
Yes, the Run script action can make an outgoing HTTPS request without an intermediary tool.
Does the printer need to stay on my network?
No. It connects to the Expedy cloud over 4G or Ethernet and continues working even if your router goes down.
