Châtaigne takes your orders through WhatsApp: your customers browse the menu, place their orders, and pay without installing an app. The only challenge is getting the order to the kitchen without passing a phone from hand to hand. This printer prints each Châtaigne order on paper as soon as it arrives, with a buzzer and flashing light, right where the food is prepared. With standalone 4G, it does not depend on your internet router.
Installation, explained simply
Plug the printer into a power outlet. Scan the QR code displayed on the printer's screen. Add your HubRise restaurant with one click from your Expedy account, and the next order will print automatically.

Is the restaurant's phone still required?
Yes, to respond to your customers. But no one needs to read orders on the phone screen anymore: they are printed in the kitchen.
Can I print Châtaigne orders together with orders from my other channels?
Yes, at no extra cost. A single printer supports your ordering website, delivery platforms, and self-service kiosks.
What if I do not have a HubRise account yet?
