Print from Pipedrive, with no local computer
When a deal is marked as won in Pipedrive, production needs to start. This thermal printer prints the ticket at the relevant workstation, without anyone having to copy anything manually.
How it works
You create a Pipedrive webhook triggered by a stage change, which calls the Expedy API with a POST request containing the deal fields in the JSON body.
Connect the printer, scan the QR code displayed on its screen, and it will be linked to your Expedy account. No driver and no computer left switched on. See the installation details — API reference.

Can I filter by a specific stage?
Yes, the webhook can be triggered for the stage of your choice, or you can filter on the automation side.
Can the ticket include the deal’s products?
Yes, all fields sent by Pipedrive can appear on the ticket.
Does the printer need to stay on my network?
No. It connects to the Expedy cloud over 4G or Ethernet and works even if your router goes down.
