Print from Microsoft Power Automate, with no local workstation
Power Automate orchestrates your Microsoft 365 flows, but stops at the screen. This thermal printer gives your flows a physical output: a form, email, SharePoint or Dataverse row triggers a paper ticket at the right workstation.
How it works
You add an HTTP action at the end of your flow, using the POST method to the Expedy API, with your key in the header. Dynamic fields from the flow are inserted into the JSON body.
You plug in the printer, scan the QR code displayed on its screen, and it is linked to your Expedy account. No driver and no workstation needs to be left on. View the installation details — API reference.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work with a standard Power Automate plan?
The HTTP action is a premium action in Microsoft. Check your license or use a custom connector.
Can I print from SharePoint or Dataverse?
Yes. Any Power Automate trigger can send data to the printer; the paper output is the final step in the flow.
Does the printer need to remain on my network?
No. It connects to the Expedy cloud over 4G or Ethernet and works even if your router goes down.
